Banksia Unit Keeps Safe

On Tuesday, March 29th, Banksia Unit was visited by police officers Andrew and Maddy.  They talked to us about how to recognise a police officer ‘s uniform and their equipment.  Dogs and horses help them too. • Get down low, and go, go, go!
  • If your clothes are on fire – Stop! Cover! Drop! Roll!
  • Does your family have a smoke alarm and a fire plan?

  • The Golden rule to treat others as you would like to be treated is really important so that you will be treated nicely by others.
  • Learning about having a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset – which is about being confident in your work and you might not understand it yet.
